Italian Sicilian Caponata Recipe

Traditional dishes | Vegan Food | The veggies you won’t stop to eat *mouth watering alert*

THE RECIPE:

1 finely chopped onion, 2 finely chopped celery sticks in a pan with a bit of oil.

Add chopped tomatoes sauce, 1 chopped aubergine, capers (2 spoons), chopped olives (1 spoon), basil, vinegar (1 spoon), salt.

After it cools down add oil (2 spoons) and serve from the fridge.
