Have you ever tried cooking Salmon Wellington?
This is all it takes:
- Fresh Salmon Fillet
- Soft Cheese
- Puff pastry
ON THE SIDE:
Use some pepper and parsley as seasoning for the soft cheese. Spread half the soft cheese on the puff pastry and place the salmon on top, then add the rest of the cheese. Roll the pastry up and close it.
On the side: put the aubergine (cut in half) on a oven tray alongside the peeled carrots and season both with oil and salt.
Cook all of it together at 180° for 30-40 minutes.
When cooked, cut the roll into small pieces to serve.
