Have you ever tried to cook Salmon Wellington?
This is all it takes:
- Fresh Salmon Fillet
- Soft Cheese
- Puff pastry
ON THE SIDE:
Use some pepper and parsley as seasoning for the soft cheese. Place some cheese on the puff pastry, then the Salmon and the cheese again, roll the pastry and close it.
On the side: put the aubergine (cut in half) on a oven tray and the carrots (peeled) and season both with oil and salt
Cook all of it together at 180° for 30-40 minutes.
When cooked, cut the roll into small pieces to serve.
