Tonight’s recipe with artichoke.


This dish can be served hot or cold.


  • 2 eggs
  • 400g cleaned artichokes
  • onion
  • parsley
  • pepper
  • oil
  • lemon
  • salt


Cook the artichokes in a pan with some oil,  lemon and a chopped onion. Once cooked season with pepper and chopped parsley.

Boil 2 eggs (8 minutes) then peel them.

Chop the boiled eggs and add to the cooked artichokes.

You can add a piece of bread with some broccoli cream as a side.
