TONIGHT’S DINNER FOR 2
This dish can be served hot or cold.
- 2 eggs
- 400 gr cleaned artichokes
Cook the artichokes in a pan with some oil, lemon and a chopped onion. Once cooked add some pepper and parsley on top.
Boil 2 eggs (8 minutes) then peel them.
Add the chopped boiled eggs to the artichokes.
You can add a piece of bread with some broccoli cream as a side.
