Cooking with artichokes FOR 2
Artichokes can be severed hot or cold when Cooking with them
- 2 eggs
- 400g cleaned artichokes
Cook the artichokes in a pan with some oil, lemon and a chopped onion. Once cooked season with pepper and chopped parsley.
Boil 2 eggs (8 minutes) then peel them.
Chop the boiled eggs and add to the cooked artichokes.
You can add a piece of bread with some broccoli cream as a side.
